Panzer General II

Panzer General II is a turn-based Strategygame, developed by Strategic Simulations Incorporated (SSI).
It was first released in 1997 and after a few patches, it was more or less abandoned by SSI.

Some hardcore players and modification makers managed to keep the game alive, and up untill today a couple of very active communities are making this game better and better, by making Equipment files, new scenarios, maps and campaigns.

The latest invention amongst the community is PG2-Parties.

The idea of getting together in a party arose in the spring 2002, ending with a Flemish and a Dutch guy drove from Holland to Copenhagen, staying the night at my place, the three of us taking off for Östersund in Sweden the next day - having food-and-chat-stops in Lund and Göteborg, at other members of the community.

Having had a lot of fun in Östersund, we decided to meet again in November for a weekend at my place at the 1st PG2-MiniParty.
